The three specially designed homes for people with disabilities offer a variety of capabilities:
-A Barn, with a room for 2 to 4 people.
- A Longère, with two bedrooms, for 5 to 6 people.
- A Métrairie, with four bedrooms, for 8 to 12 people.
A 0.90m path and a 1.50m turning area are provided in the living rooms (living room/kitchen), in a bedroom and in the bathroom or shower room.In addition, the colours of the doors are contrasted, and an Ariadne's thread made up of descabochons inlaid in the tiles runs through the living room and bedroom.
In the kitchen A free passage of 0.70m is provided under the sink and cooking units.The hob and oven controls are embossed and have tactile markings.
In the bedroom A space free of obstacles is reserved to allow wheelchairs to rotate,The double beds (160 cm x 200 cm) can be split into 2 single beds of 80 cm x 200 cm, and are between 46 and 50 cm high.In the bathroom: bathtub and walk-in shower are fitted with seat and grab bar. The bathtub has a transfer area and a lift seat. The shower anchor, clothes racks, towel rails and mirror are at the right height. There are no obstacles at face height. The ergonomic washbasin can be used with an armchair.
The WC is also adapted (rotatio area, specific height and lifting bar).
There are more electrical sockets, in contrasting colours and at an adapted height.The television includes a teletext function and remains in the "standby" position.The water controls are not confusing (cold water on the right/hot water on the left).Blinds or shutters allow visually impaired people to modulate daylight to avoid glare.
THE SWIMMING POOL IS PROTECTED BY A BARRIER EQUIPPED WITH A 130 CM ACCESS GATE. A GRAB BAR FACILITATES DESCENT INTO THE WATER.
